Witch and Wizard: The Lost

Age: 12+

This is the last book in James Patterson’s Witch and Wizard series.  It is told, like all the
others, by Wisty and Whit Allgood, a sister-and-brother, witch-and-wizard team.  Together the pair have saved the City that they live in from dark magic at least two times, but now the City’s citizens are becoming wary of the pair’s powers.  The Lost.jpg

But now the City is threatened again by yet another powerful dark wizard and his evil group named ‘The Family’.  It’s a race against time and dark magic as Whit and Wisty try to save the City for the third time.  But with the City’s citizens dissing their powers, the pair is faced with two choices – give up their powers and be helped by the City and her citizens or keep the powers and fight alone.

I really enjoyed this action-packed, thrilling, adventure book.  I do have to say that it is not a book for the faint-hearted though because there are a lot of gruesome goings on in it. For these reasons I would recommend it to over 12’s along with the rest of the Witch and Wizard series.

Until next time,
